Refund policy

We make every piece with care, and we want you to love it. If something is not right, here is how returns work.

 

7-day returns

 

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be:

 

• Unworn and unwashed

• In its original condition, with tags attached if applicable

 

We do not treat any Splash Theory order as final sale.

 

How to start a return

 

Email us at splashtheoryclothes@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:

 

• Your order number

• Whether you want a refund or an exchange

• Photos of the item, if it arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect

 

We will reply with the next steps. Please do not send anything back before we confirm your return request.

 

Refunds

 

• We refund the eligible purchase amount of the item.

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Refunds go back to your original payment method once we have received and inspected the returned item.

• Your bank or card company may need a few extra days to show the refund.

 

Return shipping

 

You pay the cost of shipping your return back to us, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

 

Exchanges

 

For an eligible return, you can choose a refund or an exchange.

 

• You pay the shipping for the exchange, which covers sending the item back and receiving the new one.

• If the size or item you want is no longer available, we will refund you instead. Our drops are limited, so this can happen.

 

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

 

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, we will make it right. You will not pay anything to fix it, including return shipping. Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can sort it out quickly.

 

A note on handmade pieces

 

Each piece is printed by hand in the USA with puff ink. Small natural variations in the print are part of the process and are not defects.
