Where we ship
For our first drop we ship within the United States only (all 50 states plus DC). Your shipping address must be in the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Processing time
Orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days of purchase. Business days are Monday to Friday, not including holidays.
Processing time is separate from transit time. Transit time is how long the carrier takes to deliver your package after it ships, and it depends on your destination. See "Carrier and delivery time" below for our estimate.
Our drops are made in limited quantities, and each piece is printed by hand in the USA, so please allow the full processing window.
Shipping rates
• Orders under $100: $7.95 flat-rate shipping
• Orders of $100 or more: free shipping
Your order total is checked after any discounts are applied. The shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
Carrier and delivery time
We ship with USPS Ground Advantage. Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery is 2 to 5 business days. This is an estimate from the carrier, not a guarantee, and delays can happen during busy periods or bad weather. Total time from purchase to delivery is our processing time (3 to 5 business days) plus carrier delivery time.
Tracking
When your order ships, we send tracking information to the email address you used at checkout. If you do not see it, check your spam folder, then email us.
Address mistakes
Please double check your address at checkout. Email us right away at splashtheoryclothes@gmail.com if you need to fix it. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change it.
Lost, damaged, or incorrect orders
If your package arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, see our Refund Policy. You will not pay to fix it. If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find your package, email us with your order number and we will help look into it.
