By using splashtheoryclothes.com (the "Site") or buying from Splash Theory ("we", "us"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

You must use the Site lawfully and in good faith. You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order.

 

2. Orders and pricing

 

• Prices are in US dollars. Launch pricing: Theory 001 Tee $40, Theory 001 Shorts $45.

• We may change prices or product details at any time.

• If we find an error in a price, description, or availability, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it, for example if an item is out of stock.

 

3. Limited quantities

 

Our drops are limited. Theory 001 is made in small runs (20 of each color per piece, in black and white, sizes S, M, L). Items can sell out, and we may limit quantities per customer.

 

4. Payment

 

Payments are processed securely through Shopify. You agree to provide accurate payment and contact information. We do not store your full card details.

 

5. Shipping and returns

 

Shipping is covered in our Shipping Policy and returns in our Refund Policy. Both are part of these terms. We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

 

6. Product care and print disclaimers

 

• Our pieces are printed in the USA by hand with puff ink. Small variations in print placement, texture, and puff are normal and are not defects.

• Colors may look slightly different on your screen than in person.

• Care: wash inside out. Be careful when ironing, and never iron directly on the print.

• We are not responsible for damage caused by not following care instructions.

 

7. Intellectual property

 

The Splash Theory name, logos, designs, artwork, photos, and site content belong to Splash Theory. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or use them without our written permission, except for personal, non-commercial sharing of our public content with credit.

 

8. Prohibited use

 

You agree not to: use the Site for anything unlawful; attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload it; use bots or scripts to buy in bulk or bypass limits; submit false information; or infringe anyone's rights.

 

9. Limitation of liability

 

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Splash Theory is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from using the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order involved. The Site and products are provided "as is" to the extent the law allows.

 

10. Governing law

 

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law rules.

 

11. Changes to these terms

 

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the Site with a new date. Continued use means you accept the changes.
